Any chance Kitana's photo was taken out of context? I mean, I remember I've found myself at least twice in my lifetime in a situation where I was not expecting to go in the water, but at the very last moment the water looked too damned tempting to not go in, so kicked off my socks and shoes and jumped in fully clothed. Later, I dried myself in the sun. (And no, I'm not comparing myself to Kitana! But then again, I do not know who she is or what she looks like, so maybe I got her beat. :P). Then again, she was in Hawaii, so you have to be ready to go in the waters of paradise at any moment.
As for Raegan, it is not as if she has never worn any two piece swimsuits in her life. They are modest, when compared to what most girls wear nowadays, it just seems she, maybe her mom, is careful about what images are posted to social media. (Again, I suspect it might be some contract clause for the family oriented show she is in. But that is simply speculation on my part, so it is not fact.)
I just want to see her barefoot and in a swimsuit just so I can see her lovely legs!!
